Clean touch carpet had great customer service, easy to schedule, very understanding, and cleaned our house for us to move out. They did a great job cleaning and making the home look like new.
Used Clean Touch to clean the carpet in 3 rooms plus a hallway. Their price was well with in the price range I thought it should be. Derrick and his assistant showed up, on time and completed the job ln under 2 hrs. They then laid paper for us to walk on and gave us some covers to wear on our feet. A couple of days later we noticed a spot that needed additional attention. I called and was told no problem that they couldn't make it until tomorrow. Well guess what!! They showed up and fixed the problem which took them at least 3/4 hr, and the carpet looks great. I will definitely recommend and use Clean Touch on my next carpet cleaning job.
This review is for my 2nd carpet cleaning service by Clean Touch. 5 stars for an excellent cleaning job both times, and GREAT customer service as well. I'll continue to request their services from now on! And btw our carpet was desperate for so.e tlc, not to mention I have a dog, and the carpet has gone through the house training/potty training stages. So yea

Their team is great! We had a, for lack of a better word, stinky situation happen in our store. We called for an emergency clean up and Clean Touch showed up so fast and immediately started getting our store back to beautiful. If I could give 10 STARS I would.

Derrick and Gary did an incredible job cleaning up our really old carpet, I wasn't sure whether it could be saved, but they brought it back to life, and saved us a lot of money. They were friendly, kind, and very professional. I highly recommend!!

Clean Touch was very reasonable and reliable. They arrived, reviewed the work to be done and finalized the pricing. Very professional and straight forward. The light colored carpet was truly filthy as the home had not been lived in for a number of years. Gary's truck mounted system really got the carpet clean! They also cleaned a large sectional sofa. Everything smelled great afterwards (no strong chemicals odor). The sofa dried quickly but the carpet took a while because of the damp location near the beach. I would certainly use Clean Touch again.

They restored the carpet in my house to better than when it was brand new, from it being basically fully trashed... stains literally everywhere. They had same day service, I left the house for a few hours came back and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

This is a FANTASTIC company to work with! They do impeccable work and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made our rugs and couches smell brand new which is really saying something as we have two cats and a dog. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We're in an older house, carpets are good quality but get dirty fast, so we've hired many companies. By luck I hit on these two brothers that run a really top level service, act very professionally, hard working guys, and far less than quoted by the other company that gave us a quote. Just booked them again, and referred them to a friend's house a few months ago. All good.
Great same day service and very affordable rates. Didn't exactly have ideal working conditions but still managed to get it done. Highly recommended.

Really a great carpet cleaning company! I've used a few other companies, but after trying Clean Touch, I've stuck with them. I've used them for years and they are always on-time and fit me in even with really short notice. They are really friendly and helpful. They move heavy items that I can't and have even given me cleaning supplies to help with my at home cleaning. They're the best!!

I have a small two-bedroom house and have had my carpets cleaned by Gary and Alex twice. They work fast and my carpets always feel and smell clean after they are done. They also go above and beyond, doing little things that make a lot of difference. Recommended!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentleman were done a lot quicker then expected and they did a good job. They removed some of the stains on the carpet like it was nothing. I saw Clean Touch on Google, contacted them, & they were able to come the next day! On time, too, which is hard to find these days. I needed to have the carpet in one room to be steam cleaned of pet stains, & they did a good job of it. I saw no stains left after the job. Great job & thanks especially for the responsiveness!

A friend of mine recommended this business after my regular cleaning lady was getting to expensive and just wasn’t cleaning as well anymore. I’ve known them for several years so I was a bit hesitant to switch to anyone new, but boy was I surprised to find out how well they understood my request and how quickly they were able to squeeze me in during the busy holiday season.
